Does a consultation cost anything or obligate me?
No and no. The first conversation is free, and most people leave it knowing exactly which two or three programs are worth pricing, even if the answer is “wait six months and do these two things first.”
Will you pull my credit just to talk?
No. Initial conversations work from what you tell us. Credit is pulled only when you’re ready to move toward a real pre-approval, and Jackie will tell you before it happens.
What should I have ready for the first call?
Just the story: what you’re trying to do, rough income picture, and timeline. If you’re self-employed, knowing your typical monthly deposits helps. Documents come later.
